Abstracts

Dear colleagues! Since present conference is dedicated to environmental activities, and we are conducting it in the year of environmental activity in Russia, the decision was made not to publish hard copy the abstracts. Instead, the abstracts of conference’s participants will be placed at conference’s Web site.

Organizing Committee accepts abstracts up to September 10, 2013

Abstracts must not exceed 10 pages and should be typed in the MS Word, Times New Roman 12 pt, single line spacing. Standard page margins: top, bottom – 2 cm, left – 3 cm, right – 1.5 cm

All diagrams and pictures should be embedded into the text file.

Abstracts must include following additional information:

• Author's Full name
• Organisation
• Country
• Author’s contact information (e-mail)
• Keywords (not more than 10 words)
• Preliminary title of the session and preferences for the type of presentations (oral/poster)

It is up to you whether to provide us with an English version of your abstract or not.
Rules for English versions are the same as for Russian versions.

Poster session

Poster session’s stands should be from “A1” (594 width x 841 mm height) format till “A0” (841 width x 1189 mm height).

The material for poster sessions should be prepared on Russian or English languages (or on Russian with translation on English).

Requirements for oral presentations:

Presentation must be created utilizing “Microsoft Power Point 2007”; if you supplement your presentation with video materials their format can be “MPEG-2”, “MPEG-4” (divx free codecs). Compliance of the prescriptions above shall illuminate any technical issues during your presentation. The presentation’s duration time may vary from 10 to 15 minutes. Please consider that all the requirements that exist do not intend to exaggerate importance of one’s presentations above others: time frames are to be scheduled according to the number of participants within the period of one section. If your presentation requires any special or additional program please let Organization Committee know it beforehand.

The presentation has to be scanned for any harmful software beforehand and after that it should be uploaded into the computer of plenary meetings and sections organizers’. The file should be named after a speaker’s last name, besides that it should contain the shortened name of the section. Language of presentation is up to you – it can be Russian or English languages (simultaneous interpretations shall be provided by the organizers).

Presentations will be placed on the conference’s official site for public access. If you disagree and you do not want your presentation to be published – contact the Organization Committee through mail or email.

If by any circumstances your arrival and your presentation have become impossible, we kindly ask you to let us know beforehand, so we can reschedule our program. Thank you in advance!
