Environmental Protection Department The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region

(ii) in addition to open discussion sessions on environmental impact assessment reports which require the attendance of project proponents, the presentation and question-and-answer sessions on environmental policy matters at ACE meetings will also be open to the public and simultaneous broadcasting will be arranged in the public viewing room; and
(iii) provision of simultaneous interpretation service for meetings of the ACE and the EIASC if interested parties apply to the ACE Secretariat for the service three working days before the meetings.

Members of the public and the media can make prior registration with the ACE Secretariat and observe open sessions of ACE and EIASC meetings from the public viewing room at 33/F of Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, where the proceedings will be broadcast simultaneously.
