On the eve of the COP-17 international climate negotiations in Durban, the South African Consul-General and the Climate Change Business Forum (CCBF) will host a forum to explore the evolving climate agenda. What do governments expect from the talks? How are leading businesses addressing carbon, absent an international regime? And how can consumers makes their low-carbon market choices count?
Keynoting the forum will be Sibusiso Vilane, accomplished mountaineer, expedition guide and inspirational speaker. Having scaled the world’s seven highest peaks and walked unassisted to the South Pole, Sibusiso motivates audiences to accomplish their goals, no matter what the odds.
