Summary: Dr. Allen To, an alumnus of HKU and a staff of WWF, will explore how seafood sustainability may help our ocean recover. He will overview the seafood purchasing system, from business to personal, as well as advising us on seafood selection in terms of healthy and sustainable development. This lecture is part of a General Education Course about LOHAS (Lifestyle of Health and Sustainability).
