New Initiative to Protect "Environmental Refugees": Good but Not Yet Sufficient
This paper discusses environmental migration and the protection of environmental refugees under international law. The authors examine the extent to which the Nansen Initiative is developing solutions to fill the gaps in the protection process, address its deficiencies and overcome the obstacles that the process is encountering.
