Followed by sharing from Mr Geoffrey Chan and Ms Mei Ling Lew of Mayer Brown JSM Mr Chan and Ms Lew of Mayer Brown JSM will speak generally about the salient provisions in the Waste Disposal Ordinance, its regulations and enforcement issues.
